Gislingham Village Website
The village website is a resource for the residents of Gislingham to be able to post and read information about activities in the village.
The website has been designed by, and is maintained by, volunteers and is provided freely as a resource for the village. Residents can make best use of the website by registering on the site. Non-residents can subscribe to the email newsletter to be kept in touch.

Easier to add images to items on Gislingham website
Dated: 7th August, 2010 - Have you ever uploaded an image onto the website, only to find you can't remember what category you uploaded it into? So you either upload three or four duplicates hoping to get the hang of it, or you give up and don't use the image at all?

Easier calendar listing for regular events
Dated: 10th July, 2010 - Groups or individuals in the village that hold events at the same time every week, or in the same week every month, can now add their events onto the website calendar more easily with the addition of a new feature - recurring events.

Dated: 24th September, 2008 - In the last month, 2283 pages have been viewed on the village website - with many going towards events and news on the site. If you're not keeping the site up to date with your news and events, those are real people who could be supporting you that are missing your message!

Dated: 18th April, 2006 - John Munro, the local history recorder for Gislingham, has produced a short text about the former mills in the village.

Dated: 20th May, 2005 - Over 18,000 pages have been viewed on the Gislingham website since it was launched, and a large number of village organisations have begun to use it, or declared at the recent annual parish meeting their intention to do so.
