Gislingham Parish Council

The first tier of local government at the grass roots level for Gislingham.

The Parish Council manages various aspects of Gislingham activity, including lighting, grass cutting, path repairs and maintenance, and a variety of other areas. The Council aims to support all village organisations and to generally improve the quality of life for Gislingham residents.

The Council also makes representation at District and County levels on behalf of residents.

How you can get involved

Councillors stand for election every four years. Members of the public are able to attend Parish Council meetings as observers.
