Gerald Prior

Born in Somerset in the coal mining town of Radstock 10 miles from Bath. Left to go to Loughborough University and ended up as a brewer with Whitbread. Now retired from Muntons in Stowmarket and married to Eddie. I have 2 grown up daughters Nicola and Sarah.

Interests

Historically I have always been an active sportsman but my body has restricted this to just playing golf. My main interest now is the Variety Club, where I am currently chairman, and enjoy performing in "anything". A one time mediocre cornet player I also have been the conductor of the Silver Band under the watchful eye of Ron Wright. At a "certain age" I bought an electric guitar to go with my acoustic one. A member of Him and Me we are available to play a variety of music. I do also help Eddie in the garden when not trying out my latest magic tricks.
