Once considered a common summer visitor, the number of Turtle Doves returning to the UK to breed each spring has declined dramatically over the past 30 years. The Suffolk Wildlife Trust is inviting you to take part in a survey.

PROPOSED CLOSURE OF POST OFFICE

I have today submitted my letter to the post office re their threatened closure of our village post office - this is shown here. If the plans go through this could be lost to us from August. There is then a possibility that the shop will also close. If you don't want to lose this valuable asset to our communuity I urge you all to write TODAY.
