I belong to a choir in Bury called Singing For Fun. We meet at the Unitarian Meeting House in Churchgate St from 7:15 - 9:15 on Tues evenings and have great fun singing a variety of music, from classical to songs from musicals, Abba, etc etc. Our Musical Director, Graeme Hopson, is looking to recruit more members (male & female) this Sept (start date 29th). Lovely idea to provide more facilities, perhaps stopping the abuse and litter on the present site would be a good start. The vandals who cause the damage should perhaps provide as much funding as they can manage to equal the great efforts of those who collected the funds for what remains intact at present.

Charity Meadow Park !
People keep saying that the childern are goingto have more fun up the park and they will build more eqiupment for them to play on and the children of the vilage are getting bored of all the old equimpent becuase they would like somethink New!

| GISLINGHAM SILVER BAND - NEEDS YOU!
Gislingham Silver Band is keen to recruit new band members who can play a brass instrument. Our members are currently aged between 7 and 77! We play at various concerts, garden parties, fetes etc during the year.
Practice night is 7.30pm - 9.30pm Tuesday in the Band room in Mill Street. (Younger members no not need to stay until 9.30pm)
